- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Note: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all features until then.

Renewals:
- Case-by-case basis
- Request within 48 hours
- No usage after renewal
One-Time Credits
- Generally non-refundable
- Credits never expire
- Exceptions for technical issues
